Professional 3D life-size statue customization process

High-resolution digital remodeling: Fine-tune the character photos you provide, optimize the image quality, and ensure that the model construction has a clear and solid pixel foundation.

Precise digital modeling (core link: about 5-7 working days): Professional modelers use advanced 3D modeling software based on optimized images to carefully carve out personalized digital character models with high restoration and accurate structure.

Holographic facial fine-tuning: Based on the digital model, we will confirm the key details of the statue with you one-on-one (such as facial contour, hairstyle style, expression details, clothing texture, special attention to personality features such as eyebrow shape and eye shape) to ensure high simulation.

Micron-level skin restoration and color customization: Accurately set the character’s skin tone in the model, and integrate the natural and real skin texture. At this stage, we will confirm the final color scheme with you to achieve natural and harmonious color restoration.
Industrial-grade 3D printing (time: about 10-15 hours): Using industry-leading 3D printing equipment, high-precision photosensitive resin as the material, precise layer-by-layer stacking and curing are carried out to build a solid statue prototype.
Precision non-destructive demoulding process: The printed prototype parts are safely and carefully separated from the printing platform to avoid damage to the fragile printing structure.
Water-soluble support separation technology: The statue prototype is placed in a professional solution for fine soaking treatment (about 30 minutes), which completely dissolves the necessary support structure during the printing process and lays the foundation for subsequent fine processing.
High-purity ultrasonic cleaning: Use ultrasonic technology to deeply clean the surface and gaps of the model, completely remove residual solution, uncured resin and support debris, and ensure the cleanliness of the finished product.
Micron-level diamond abrasive blasting treatment: Use ultra-fine diamond abrasive to blast the surface of the statue, perfectly eliminate the printing layer pattern, and give the statue surface an excellent smooth texture and consistency.
Dust-free high-pressure air gun blowing: Through precisely controlled compressed air, the micron-level sand and dust remaining after blasting are completely removed to ensure that the surface is absolutely clean.
High-end varnish protective coating: Evenly spray professional-grade transparent varnish coating to give the statue surface a jade-like gloss and protective layer, enhance visual effects and enhance durability.
Nano-optical curing treatment: Final curing under a specific wavelength light source ensures that the protective coating is thoroughly hardened, achieving the best wear and scratch resistance, and locking in excellent quality.
